Emerging Leader Dinner Scholarship
The “Emerging Leader Dinner Scholarship” provides dedicated monies from the 2010 Gala committee to encourage 18-25 year-old Nashville residents to attend the dinner as guests of HRC. HRC Nashville desires to involve individuals from this age group to encourage their participation as supporters and leaders of future HRC events in Nashville. As a scholarship recipient, you will receive a free ticket to the dinner and you are asked to provide volunteer support at the hotel the day of the Gala dinner and work with the local steering committee in the coming year. Also, you will be eligible for an opportunity to attend training sessions on LGBT leadership. For questions or additional information, please email us.
Dinner Fellowship
For the 2011 Equality Dinner, HRC Nashville will continue its “Dinner Fellowship” program. The Dinner committee strives to involve members from all of our diverse communities, regardless of our differences or income levels. HRC Nashville offers a limited number of fellowships to those individuals that demonstrate need and would not otherwise be able to attend the 2010 dinner without financial assistance. Those receiving the Dinner Fellowship can attend the Equality Dinner at a significantly reduced dinner ticket price. “
